Shipping Policy for LJ's Jerky

At LJ's Jerky, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality beef jerky to our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the following shipping information:

Processing Time

  • All of our jerky is made to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Shipping Rates and Methods

  • We offer Flat Rate Priority Mail with delivery times ranging from 3-4 business days, depending on your location.
  • Free shipping is available for orders of 20 items or more (offer applies to domestic orders only).
  • Shipping costs for 1-10 items: $11.
  • Shipping costs for 11-19 items: $15.

Domestic Shipping

  • We ship within the continental United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. Please allow additional time for delivery to these locations.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to expand this service in the future.

Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to deliver your order on time, unexpected delays due to weather, carrier issues, or holiday volume may occur. If you experience a delay, please contact us at jerry@ljsjerky.com for assistance.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product and contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
  • For lost shipments, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you are unable to locate your package, reach out to us, and we will assist in filing a claim.
