Shipping Policy for LJ's Jerky
At LJ's Jerky, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality
beef jerky to our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Please review the following shipping information:
Processing Time
All of our jerky is made to order. Please allow 7-10 business
days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Shipping Rates and Methods
We offer Flat Rate Priority Mail with delivery times ranging from 3-4
business days, depending on your location.
Free shipping is available for orders of 20 items or more (offer applies to domestic orders only).
Shipping costs for 1-10 items: $11.
Shipping costs for 11-19 items: $15.
Domestic Shipping
We ship within the continental United States, including Hawaii
and Alaska. Please allow additional time for delivery to these
locations.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize
for the inconvenience and hope to expand this service in the
future.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order on time, unexpected delays
due to weather, carrier issues, or holiday volume may occur. If
you experience a delay, please contact us at jerry@ljsjerky.com
for assistance.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the
packaging and product and contact us immediately. We will work
with you to resolve the issue.
For lost shipments, please contact the shipping carrier first.
If you are unable to locate your package, reach out to us, and
we will assist in filing a claim.
